I didn't use a tutorial to achieve this design. So there is no specific tutorial for the whole process, sorry.

Sorry for the late reply.

After finishing your layout in Photoshop, you have to code it in HTML and CSS. Forget about Dreamweaver for now, you need to learn how to code first. I just use Dreamweaver to manage websites and write the code.

Search for HTML/CSS tutorials on Google, you'll find plenty.
